1. Introduction
Please read these terms of sale carefully. You will be asked to expressly agree to these terms of sale before you place an order for products from our website.
2. Interpretation
In these terms of sale, "we" means HopeLighting (trading as LampStation.co.uk) (and "us" and "our" will be construed accordingly); and "you" means our customer or potential customer for products (and "your" will be construed accordingly).
3. Order Process
The advertising of products on our website constitutes an "invitation to treat"; and your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure detailed below.
In order to enter into a contract to purchase products from us, you will need to:
- Add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
- Create an account or log in to your existing account.
- Select your preferred delivery method and confirm your order.
- Complete payment through our payment provider.
- Receive an acknowledgement email.
- Receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted.
We recommend that you download, print and retain a copy of these terms for your records.

LampStation.co.uk are suppliers of Electrical and Lighting goods.
5. Price and Payment
Prices for products are quoted on our website. Whilst we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, occasional errors may occur. Product prices will be verified before payment is processed.
- Delivery charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout.
- Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.
- All prices include VAT where applicable.
- Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.

6. Your Warranties
You warrant that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- The information supplied is accurate and complete.
- You can accept delivery of the products.
- You are resident in England or Wales.
- You are at least 18 years old.
7. Delivery Policy
We will arrange delivery to the address specified in your order.
We aim to deliver within 5 days of order confirmation where possible. Unless exceptional circumstances apply, all products will be dispatched within 30 days of receiving payment and order confirmation.
We currently deliver within England, Wales and the Republic of Ireland.
8. Risk and Ownership
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership remains with us until full payment, including delivery charges, has been received.
9. Cooling Off Period
Under Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your goods by providing written notice.
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Unsealed software, audio or video products.
- Products dependent on financial market fluctuations.
- Newspapers, periodicals and magazines.
- Custom-made or personalised goods.
- Perishable products.
Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received.
10. Statutory Rights
Nothing within these terms affects your statutory rights, including rights relating to defective products.
11. Refunds
Refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
We will process eligible refunds as quickly as possible and within 30 days of receiving a valid cancellation notice.
12. Limitations and Exclusions of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
We shall not be liable for indirect losses, business interruption, loss of profits, goodwill, anticipated savings, contracts or commercial opportunities.
13. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Supplier shortages
- Power failures
- Industrial disputes
- Government action
- Fire, flood or natural disasters
- Civil unrest, terrorism or war
14. General Terms
We will process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
These terms are governed by English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Business to Business
Orders placed on behalf of a business do not fall under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Act 2000. Such sales are considered final unless the goods are faulty.
